What exactly is free?
The whole game. There is no paid tier, so there is no cut-down free one either: no question packs to buy, no subscription, no limit on how many games you play and nothing behind a paywall. Rounds are not interrupted by ads, and a payment card is never needed at any point.
No premium account
Everyone plays on the same terms — there is no paid plan in this game, so nobody at the table plays a better version than the rest.

“Discover” also holds question sets published by other players. You play them exactly like ours.
AI is free too
Generating your own question set with AI is part of the game, not a premium add-on.
A party game should not start with a checkout
Someone says “let's play something”, and then comes the whip-round and the debate over whose account should buy the game. Here there is not a single payment step between that sentence and the first question.

What this game will not replace
Fox Tales does not pretend to cover every occasion. You will want something else when:
- You want quiz-show production: a host voice, music and animations carrying the round.
- The party needs a live host who can read the room and step in when something stalls.
- The evening is meant to run on props and physical games rather than phones.
Frequently asked questions
Is it genuinely free?
Yes. We only charge for personalisation made to order — for example a catalog of questions about a specific team, in a brand's colours. Nobody pays for the game itself, and the coffee for the creator that the game sometimes asks for is voluntary.
Do we need to create an account?
No. You can play as a guest — an account only matters once you want to save your own question catalogs.
Is the free version missing anything?
There is no other version: the modes, questions and AI generator are the same for everyone. Some of the foxes you can pick as an avatar are locked, but none of them can be bought.
Are there ads in the game?
Rounds are not interrupted by ads.
Do you have to prepare anything for this?
No. You point at one of the ready-made catalogues and play — nothing has to be written or printed in advance. Your own questions are an option for those who want them, not a condition.
